| 6 slices sliced turkey breast or leftovers6 slices ham6 slices Swiss type cheese1/4 c. butter1/4 c. cream2 tbsp. minced onions1/4 c. flour2 c. milk1/4 tsp. poultry seasoningSalt and pepper1 c. buttered bread crumbs1 egg |

| Instructions |
| Cook turkey; remove from bones. Place turkey in shallow buttered dish. Layer first turkey, then ham, then cheese. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in onions until soft. Blend in flour and add milk carefully. Season. Cook, stirring constantly until smoothly thickened. |
