Tex Mex Burgers
1 1/4 pounds ground beef chuck
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons bottled salsa
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
Mix the ingredients and shape into 4 patties, 3/4 inch thick. Grill over prepared grill to the desired doneness. Garnish with salsa and serve on a seeded bun, with side dishes of your choice.
