Spinach Salad
1 (6 ounce) bag of baby spinach
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup sliced radishes
1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 large red bell pepper chopped
1/3 cup crumbled bleu cheese
a balsamic dressing of choice...

In a large bowl add the first 6 ingredients and
add your dressing and toss well to coat.
Sprinkle with the cheese and serve immediately.

2 carbs per serv. in the salad without
your dressing..
