Mule Train Beans
1/4 lb. bacon


1 lb. lean ground beef


1/2 c. chopped onion


1/2 tsp. salt


1 lb. can lima beans


1 lb. can kidney beans


1 lb. can pork and beans


1/2 c. catsup


2 tbsp. vinegar


1 tsp. prepared mustard

Instructions
Brown bacon, ground beef and onion. Mix all ingredients together and place in a baking dish. Top with additional strips of bacon, if desired. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
