| Crockpot Sausage Goulash |

| 2 ea. Sausages pork
1/2 Apple sliced
1/2 Onion chopped
1/2 Bell Pepper chopped
1/2 Stock cube beef
1 pt Tomatoes, canned
2 TB Peas, frozen.

| Instructions |
| Place sausages in a small dish. Cover with apple, onion & pepper. Crumble in stock cube. Add tomatoes with juice from tin. Cover & bake at 400 degrees-F for 50 minutes. Add peas & cook for another 10 minutes. This recipe freezes well.
