Turkey Wine Gravy
1.5 cups of dry red wine
1/2 cups of melted butter
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of chives, dried
1 tablespoon of parsley, dried
1/4 teaspoon of marjoram, dried
1/4 teaspoon of thyme, dried
Instructions
Bring to a gentle boil. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes. After turkey has been in over about 1/2 hour, start basting every 15-20 minutes.
