| Maple Sugar Lollipops Candy |

Maple Sugar Sap
Simmer the maple sugar sap on stove for 3-4 hours.
Put syrup into a heavy paper cup.
Place a stick in the middle and wait until the lollipop hardens.
Remove paper from lollipop and it's ready.
NOTE: this is a traditional Native Indian candy made
in the eastern part of Canada where the sugar maples grow.
