| Brown Sugar Pecan Candy |

One 16-ounce box brown sugar
2 cups pecan halves
1/2 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

| Instructions |
| Boil brown sugar, pecans, and milk until soft ball forms when dropped in cold water. Add butter and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonful on waxed paper, trying to have 2 pecan halves in each "drop."
