| Feta Cheese Squares |

2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup butter -- melted
1/2 cup Feta cheese |

| Instructions |
| Mix bisquick baking mix, milk and eggs. Grease 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Pour mixture into pan. Drizzle on melted butter. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown in oven at 350°F. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into 1 inch squares. Serve warm. |
