Cola Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, placed in bottom of baking dish.
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can diet cola
2 Tbs. dried onion flakes
1 Tbs. dried parsley flakes
Instructions
Mix soup, cola and flakes. Pour over chicken, cover tightly, bake in 350° oven for 45 min. to one hour. Makes a great gravy for rice or potatoes. WW points (without rice or potatoes) is 4 points.
