| Spinach Salad % 26 Dressing |

1 bag spinach, wash % 26 pat dry
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 sm. Bermuda onion, sliced
1 lb. bacon, cooked % 26 crumbled
Combine above.
DRESSING
1 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 med. onion, chopped
Salt % 26 pepper |
