Mexican Layered Dip
1 pound ground turkey or chicken breast
1 package(1 1/2 oz) dry taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 can (16 oz) fat free refried beans
1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup fat-free sour cream
1/2 cup fat-free cheese grated
1 large tomato, chopped
Instructions
Brown meat in skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer and stir until all water is cooked away. Set aside to cool. Spread refried beans evenly over bottom of 8- or 9-inch round or square baking dish. Layer with meat, green chilies, onion and sour cream. Top with grated cheese and tomatoes. Chill and serve with no-oil tortilla chips. Makes 8 servings 185 calories 1.8 g fat 22.4 g protein 706 mg sodium 35 mg cholesterol
