| Instructions |
| Cook 4 pound chuck roast until meat falls apart. 4 tbsp. butter
2 chopped onions
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. celery
Cook 10 minutes and add to meat. 1 1/2 c. water (optional)
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
2 dashes paprika
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
Cook 1 hour. |
