Rice Salad
2 c. long grain rice, cooked
1 c. minced green onion
1/2 c. minced green pepper
1 c. minced celery
1/2 c. minced stuffed olives
1/2 c. grated raw carrots

Place in bowl and toss lightly.

DRESSING
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. curry powder
A few dashes of Tabasco sauce
Instructions
Mix well, pour over rice and toss gently. Chill over night in refrigerator. Serves 10. An easy dish to prepare for large groups.
