| Low Fat Potato Salad |

1 cup fat free salad dressing
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 cup thin sliced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 cups cooked cubed potatoes
1/2 cup sweet pickle
2 boiled eggs, sliced Omit if you want to make the salad fat-free.
1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar, optional |

| Stir together salad dressing, mustard, celery
seed, salt & pepper. Add remaining ingredients. Stir carefully to mix all together. 6 servings |
