Black Bean Burittos
1 (12 ounce) jar of fat free black bean dip
4 (10 inch) fat-free flour tortillas
cup chopped tomato
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
Salsa (optional)
Fat free sour cream (optional)
Instructions
Spread dip evenly over tortillas (about 1/3 cup dip per tortilla) Sprinkle with tomato, onion, pepper etc... can use any veggies your kids like...just chop and put in bowls for them to pile on. To serve: roll up tortillas with varied toppings of choice and top with salsa , sour cream etc.
