Whole Wheat Bread
2 Tablespoons regular yeast
2 teaspoons honey
3 ounces warm water
11-3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup honey
1/4 cup oil
5-1/2 teaspoons salt
5-1/4 cups hot tap water

Instructions
Mix the first three ingredients together and set until the yeast has become foamy. Using an electric mixer, mix 7 cups of the whole wheat flour, the salt and hot water together and let rest for 7 minutes. Add the yeast and the rest of the flour and mix well with a heavy mixer or by hand. On a table sprinkled with white flour, knead dough for 5 minutes or until blisters form. Immediately divide dough into thirds, and shape into three loaves. Place in greased bread pans. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
