| Microwave Cheesy Meat Loaf |

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1 1/2 c. Progresso bread crumbs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. shredded American cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper |

| Instructions |
| Combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly. Spread mixture evenly in a glass loaf dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on High for 18 to 20 minutes or until center is no longer pink. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings. |
