| Moist Brownie Mix In A Jar |

2 1/4 cups white sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
1 3oz. pkg. cook type chocolate pudding
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt |

| Instructions |
Use a one quart, wide-mouth canning jar. Mix the cocoa and pudding mix together. Set aside. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together. Set aside. Pour the sugar, then the cocoa mix, pecans, and the flour mixture, packing each layer. Seal, decorate your jar and add the recipe tag to the
jar. |
