| 2 medium unpeeled sweet potatoes (about 12 ounces)
Vegetable oil spray
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with vegetable oil spray. In a small bowl, combine seasoning ingredients. Cut potatoes crosswise into 1/8-inch slices. Put in a single layer on baking sheet. Spray tops with vegetable oil spray. Sprinkle with seasoning mixture. Bake for 25 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
