3 sweet apples
2 c. milk
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
Bacon
1 egg |

| Instructions |
| Prepare bacon. Peel and core apples; dice fine. Beat egg. Stir in Bisquick and milk. Add apples. Make silver dollar sized pancakes on buttered skillet or on buttered grill. Form 2 piles of cakes, surrounded by bacon. Serve with hot butter and cider syrup.
