1 cup chopped nuts 1/2 cup butter 3/4 cup brown sugar packed 4 1/2 oz. chocolate candy bar, chopped up |

| Grease a 9 inch square pan with butter. Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan. In a sauce pan combine brown sugar and butter, bring to boil stirring constantly for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and spread over nuts. Now sprinkle chopped up candy bar evenly over this and cover so heat will melt chocolate. Spread evenly over top. Cut in squares while still warm and then refrigerate to set.
