| Applesauce-pork Loaf |

1 beaten egg 1 cup breadcrumbs 1 (8-1/2 ounce) can applesauce 2 tablespoons fresh onions 2 teaspoons Dijon style mustard 1 tsp chopped parsley 1/4 tsp salt dash pepper 1/2 pound pork sausage, bulk 1/2 pound fully cooked ham ground 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 teaspoon vinegar |

| Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl combine, egg, crumbs, onions and 1/2 cup of applesauce, pepper, salt, mustard and parsley. Add meats, mix well. Shape into a round 8 inch loaf and place in a baking pan. With a spoon make a depression in the top of the loaf. Combine the remaining applesauce, brown sugar, vinegar. Pour into depression. bake 350 for 45 minutes.
