| Avocado Dressing |

2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
6 drops Tabasco sauce
1 c. sieved avocado

| Instructions |
| Beat lemon juice and milk together well; blend in seasonings. Beat in avocado until thick and creamy. Serve with vegetable or tomato salads.
Yield: 1-1/3 cups. |
