3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs, well beaten 1-1/2 c. pineapple juice Juice of 1/2 lemon 1/8 tsp. salt |

| Mix all ingredients in top part of double boiler. Cook over hot water until consistency of cream. Keeps well. Serve over fruit salad. Yield: 1
