| Frozen Pear Salad |

1 c. diced pears
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 c. diced pineapple
1 doz. Maraschino cherries
1 c. whipped cream (Dream Whip)
1 c. dressing |

| Instructions |
| 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tbsp. flour 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp. vinegar 3/4 c. pineapple juice Mix in order given. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Cool before adding to fruit mixture. Add whipped cream last. Pour into mold and freeze. |
