Custard Fruit Salad
2 large cans sliced pineapple, drained and cut up
1 (4 oz) bottle maraschino cherries, cut up
1 lb. marshmallows, cut up
6 egg yolks, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
Instructions
Mix pineapple, cherries and marshmallows. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pineapple mixture. Chill until mellow. Yield: 12 servings.
