| Sweet Potato With Pineapples |

6 sm. sweet potatoes
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. hot water
1/3 c. pineapple, crushed |

| Instructions |
| Boil potatoes with skins on. When cool, peel and cut into pieces 1/4 inch thick. Mix honey and hot water. Cover bottom of a baking dish with the mixture, add the sweet potatoes and crushed pineapple. Mix thoroughly and bake for 10 minutes. 4-6 servings. |
