Chrysi's Souvlaki

2 Large Cloves garlic, Chopped
4 Pounds Pork Tenderloin, 1-1/2 Cubes
1/4 Cup Dry white wine
2 Large Lemons, squeezed
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Cup Olive oil
1-1/3 Large Onion, Chopped fine
1 Pinch Oregano
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Package Bamboo skewers, Soaked overnight
Instructions
Cut tenderloin in 1 1/2" to 2" Chunks. Place meat in large Tupperware container (NOT ALUMINUM) Pour marinade over meat and stir. Marinade overnight or up to 2 days. Place 3-4 cubes on each skewer.
