Heat oven to 350?. Place all ingredients, except 1 cup of the water, into a bowl. Stir until smooth then add the rest of the water. Stir well. Pour batter into a 9"x13" cake pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
May be eaten plain or iced with a butter icing.
