Cranberry And Celery Salad
1 envelope. sugar free jello (strawberry or cherry)
1 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. coarsely ground cranberries
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. cold water
Instructions
Add boiling water to gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Add cold water;
chill until partly set. Add lemon juice, chopped cranberries and
celery. Pour into decorative mold. Chill until set. Serve on lettuce.
