4 lg. eggs, well beaten, mixed with
8 c. cooked, drained, long grain rice
In another pan bring to a boil: 2 c. white wine
1 c. honey
2 c. white raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg |

| Instructions |
| Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased cake pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until moisture mostly gone. Don't allow the top to become too hard and crusty. |
