| 1 c. coffee8 lb. brisket14 oz. ketchup4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce2 tbsp. mustard3 tbsp. brown sugar2 tbsp. liquid smoke12 oz. PepsiDash of Tabasco sauce |

| Brisket should be wrapped in heavy duty foil in large pan. Pour one cup of coffee over meat. Cook at 200 degrees for 24 hours. Drain and remove fat. Mix all ingredients together. Pour mixture over meat. Re-wrap meat and cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
