| 1 c. regular or sweet unsalted margarine1/4 c. confectioners' sugar1 c. blanched almonds, ground1/2 tsp. vanilla extract1/4 tsp. lemon extract1/4 tsp. almond extract2 c. all purpose flour |

| Instructions |
| Cream margarine and confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in almonds, vanilla, lemon and almond extracts until well blended. Stir in flour until well mixed. Shape mixture into 1" balls and place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 325 degrees until very lightly browned, about 18 minutes. Remove from sheets and cool on wire racks. Makes 4 dozen |
