| 8 c. sugar1/2 c. lemon juice1 lb. dried apricots4 c. water#4 oz. can crushed pineapple |

| Instructions |
| Cut apricots into small pieces and combine with remaining ingredients in large sauce pan; blend well. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, about 25 minutes or until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Boil rapidly, stirring often to prevent sticking, about 35 minutes or until syrup is thick and jelly-like. Ladle at once into hot, sterilized glasses....top with layer of melted wax. Makes 4 to 6 jars. |
