Rhubarb Marmalade Recipe
3 c. diced rhubarb2 oranges1 lemon1/2 c. diced candied ginger6 c. sugar1 pkg. Certo
Instructions
Grind fruit and nuts together (coarse blade). Cook about 30 to 40 minutes, until thickened. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Pour into hot clean jars and seal, or freeze in suitable containers. Keeps well frozen.
