1 med. pork roast6 sm. carrots, sliced diagonally6 sm. onions, whole4 sm. tomatoes, whole1 pkg. pork gravy mix1 c. waterSalt and pepper, to tasteGarlic powder

Instructions

Salt and pepper pork roast. Put prepared vegetables around meat; sprinkle with garlic powder. Mix gravy mix, water, and pour over vegetables. Cook for about 10-12 hours on low in crock pot or about 2-1/2 hours at 350 degrees..
