1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup minced onion
3 tablespoons Heinz 57 sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 sandwich buns, toasted |

| Combine first 6 ingredients. Form into 5 patties. Grill or broil to desired degree of doneness. Serve in sandwich buns; top with additional Heinz 57 sauce, if desired. Makes 5 servings. |
