Pound pork chops well. Put 1 tablespoon of ketchup on each and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar on each. Put 4 slices of apple on top. Put in shallow oven dish and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then uncover and baste pork chops with natural juices occasionally and continue baking until done, about 30 minutes longer.
