2 cups cooked and cooled white rice
1 can mandarin oranges - drained, save juice
2 cups cooked and cooled small shrimp
2 stalks celery - chopped
Combine in a bowl and toss lightly with dressing:
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 of 3 oz block cream cheese
1/4 tsp curry powder
seasoned salt and pepper, to taste
Blend dressing ingredients together, with
enough of the reserved orange juice, to make a
smooth consistency.
Chill salad 2 to 3 hours before serving.
