1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 TBSP Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic chopped fine
1/4 tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Fresh rosemary; marjoram, savory or other herbs
1-1/2 cup Olive oil

| Instructions |
| Blend vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and herbs together. Whisk in olive oil. Let stand in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving. Will keep for about 1 week. Makes 2 cups. |
