1 1/2 Cups flour
1/4 cup peacans or walnuts
1 1/2 stick soft butter or margine
1 8oz. cream soft cream cheese
1 tsp.Vanilla
1 Cup powder sugar
1 tub of whipped topping(large size)
3 Cups cold milk
2 small boxes instant lemon pudding mix
First Layer
Mix flour,nuts and butter.Spread in a 13x9 inch pan.Bake at 350
degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool.
Second layer
Mix cream cheese,vanilla,powder sugar and 1 Cup whipped topping.
Beat well and spread over first layer.Put into refrigator and set for 1
hour.
Last layer
Mix instant pudding with milk.Mix until completly mixed and spread over
second layer. Top with remaining whipped topping.Cool and chill.
