Broccoli Rice Casserole
8 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
8 ounces milk
1 package frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup minute rice
1 cup cheddar cheese
Instructions
Boil cream of mushroom soup, plus 1 soup can filled once with milk. Add broccoli, then rice, and stir. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Add rice/broccoli mixture to casserole dish. Mix in cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
