In a large bowl, cream together 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
and 2 cups powdered sugar; add 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 tsp vanilla
extract and 1/4 tsp almond extract. Set aside.
In a small, deep bowl, whip 1/2 pint whipping cream with 1 tsp
vanilla extract and 1 TB sugar.
Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
Add 1 angel food cake (torn in pieces) and set aside.
Combine 2 qts strawberries (thinly sliced) with 3 TB sugar
and 1/2 tsp almond extract.
Layer in a large glass bowl, starting with 1/3 of the strawberries,
then 1/2 of the cake mixture, continue layering, ending with
strawberries.
Cover with plastic wrap; chill well.
