1 onion, chopped, or less depending on your tastes.
1 cup hot water
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. sage
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Mix bread crumbs , onion, seasonings, eggs, salt and pepper then add the water. If you use coutons then you need to add more water to soften the crumbs. Layer dressing on bottom. ( I put mine in a roaster) then layer pork chops, then another layer of dressing. Bake at 350 degrees for about
an hour.
