16 ounces potatoes, cooked, quartered
6 bacon slices, crisply cooked, crumbled
1/4 cup green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise type salad dressing
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1-1/2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese

| Instructions |
| Mix potatoes, bacon, green pepper and onion in large bowl. Add dressing, mix lightly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Top with Parmesan. Refrigerate.
