| 1 sm. pork roast (boneless or bone in)
Lemon pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic salt
1 onion, chopped
1 jar barbeque sauce

| Instructions |
| Cover roast with water in crockpot and cook overnight. next morning take roast out of pot and shred in pieces. Put back in crockpot. Add other ingredients and cook until thick. Serve on buns.
