1/2 lb. lean ground pork and sweet Italian sausage
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can condensed tomato soup (diluted)
Combine all ingredients except tomato soup in medium bowl. Mix well. Form 2 inch balls. Place in 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Pour diluted soup on top. Cover. Microwave 14 to 16 minutes on 8, or until rice is tender, rearranging meatballs after 8 minutes. Can be made ahead and refrigerated. To reheat, microwave 3 to 5 minutes on 8.
