1/2 c. brown sugar
1 apple, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. brown mustard
1 tsp. caraway
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6-8 pork chops

| Instructions |
| In a 12x8 microwavable casserole combine all ingredients except pork chops and mix well. Place pork chops on top. Cover lightly with wax paper. cook on medium 30-40 minutes, turning chops half way through cooking.
