Cream Cheese Pumpkin Pie
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
Pecan halves (top)
1 (9") deep dish crust
Instructions
Combine softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar in small bowl. Beat until light and creamy. Add vanilla, 1 egg; mix well. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. In large bowl mix remaining ingredients until well blended. Slowly pour over cream cheese mixture. Garnish with pecan halves. Bake at 350 degrees fro 65 to 70 minutes.
